Delivery, Shipping & Store Pickup Policy

At JK Florist & Party Shop, we offer Lalamove delivery and self-pickup at our stores for your convenience. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

1. Delivery Method

All local deliveries are arranged through Lalamove.

Delivery availability and charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Distance from our store

  • Vehicle type required

  • Delivery date and time

  • Traffic and weather conditions

  • Lalamove availability

The applicable delivery fee will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

2. Lalamove Delivery

Once your order has been prepared and is ready for delivery, we may arrange a Lalamove rider or driver to collect your order from our store.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct recipient name

  • Correct delivery address

  • Valid contact number

  • Any relevant delivery instructions

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address.

3. Delivery Timing

Delivery timing depends on Lalamove availability, traffic conditions, weather and the customer’s delivery location.

JK Florist & Party Shop does not guarantee an exact delivery time unless specifically confirmed by our team.

For orders required on a specific date or time, customers are encouraged to place their order in advance to allow sufficient preparation and delivery time.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Heavy traffic

  • Bad weather

  • Road closures

  • Accidents

  • Lalamove driver availability

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Recipient being unavailable

We will assist customers where reasonably possible, but JK Florist & Party Shop shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Recipient Not Available

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient or an authorised person is available to receive the order.

If the recipient is unavailable when the Lalamove driver arrives, any additional waiting time, re-delivery or cancellation charges may be borne by the customer.

Please ensure that the recipient’s contact number is reachable during the delivery period.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout.

Please double-check the address before completing your order.

Any additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, change of address or failed delivery may be charged to the customer.

7. Self-Pickup

Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from either of our stores, subject to order availability and store operating arrangements.

Customers will be informed when their order is ready for collection.

8. Pickup Requirements

When collecting your order, please provide your order number and/or the relevant order details for verification.

If another person is collecting the order on your behalf, please ensure they have the necessary order information.

9. Pickup Time

Customers are encouraged to collect their orders within the agreed collection period.

Orders that are not collected within the agreed period may require a new collection arrangement. For perishable or temperature-sensitive items, customers are responsible for collecting their orders promptly.

10. Product Condition During Delivery

We take reasonable care when preparing and packing your order before handing it to the delivery provider.

Once the order has been handed over to Lalamove, delivery is carried out by a third-party service provider. Customers are encouraged to check the condition of their order immediately upon receiving it.

If there is an issue with the order upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photographs and your order number.

11. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are separate from the product price unless otherwise stated.

The Lalamove delivery fee may vary based on the actual delivery route and current Lalamove rates.

Any additional charges imposed by the delivery provider may be payable by the customer.

12. Delivery Area

Lalamove delivery is subject to service availability for the customer’s selected delivery location.

If delivery to a particular location is unavailable or cannot be reasonably arranged, we may contact the customer to discuss an alternative arrangement.
